This chocolate chip bread is great as a dessert or a coffee-time treat. Bonus: it freezes well too! I did make a few adjustments of my own:
1) I used 3/4 cup plain Greek yogurt + 1/4 cup water (mixed together) in place of the 1 cup plain yogurt
2) My gluten-free flour blend was Bob’s Red Mill Gluten Free All Purpose Baking Flour
3) I used ~6 ounces regular chocolate chips instead of the 3 ounces mini chocolate chips
4) Baking time was increased by 10 minutes at 325 degrees
